How long does it take for me to receive my order from the date of purchase?

Our most accurate production times are specified in the header of the website and typically range from 1-3 weeks depending on time of year. Once your order is shipped, shipping will depend on the shipping method selected (for all shipping speeds, please visit the shipping information page)

Can you rush my order?

During the majority of the year, we are more than happy to expedite the production of orders as much as possible. If you have a specific event that you are shopping for and need an item sooner, please select the express shipping option at checkout and please reach out to us - we are happy to accommodate as much as possible on our end. 

How can I track my order?

Depending on the shipping option selected, only tracked orders (expedited, express, or US orders) can be tracked. All orders are shipped via Canada Post and can be tracked by plugging in the tracking number provided on the shipping notification email from our shop into Canada Post Tracking.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As most items are customized and/or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you experience any issues with your order or if you are not completely satisfied and we will do our best to assist. Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase.

Do you offer bulk orders or discount deals?

Our bulk order discounts start from 10 items and above. We also offer bulk discounts specific to wedding photographers and wedding planners. Please reach out to us at elmandcedarhandmade@gmail.comfor any specific requests and we can create a custom offering. 

Do you currently have any discount codes?

Occasionally, we run sales and promotions. The thank you code provided after your order with us is always active and can be used at any time on the site. Feel free to join our community on Instagram @ElmandCedar to be notified of any special promotions and upcoming sales.

Can you create a custom order?

Most of our pieces can be personalized and many can be customized in terms of background, stamping, and text colour. We are happy to work with you to create a special piece that meets your vision. If you are interested in a custom piece that is different from anything we currently offer, please reach out to us via the website contact form to get the process started.

I would love to share a picture with you from my special day! How do I do that?

We LOVE hearing from our customers and seeing our pieces take part in your special moments.
